Booking and Reservations:

•To secure your reservation, a deposit or half payment is a must required.

•All information regarding the confirmation,hotel names and hired cars will be sent via email only after the payment is done.

Payment:

•We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers as well as cash.

•Full payment must be made before the tour departure date.

Cancellations and Refunds:

•Advanced amount will not be refundable.It can be adjusted upto 50% only if the respective group goes for another tour within the 6 month of cancellation.

Changes and Amendments:

•Requests for changes to your booking are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

•Goodwill Tour and Travel reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control.

Health and Safety:

•Participants must ensure they are physically fit to join the tour so that it may affect their travel experience.

•Follow the safety guidelines provided by our tour guides and staff during the trip.

Travel Documents:

•It is the traveller's responsibility to possess valid PAN Card/Voter Card/Passport/Driving licence And for children birth certificate/Addhar is a required travel documents.

Liability:

•Goodwill Tour and Travel is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

•Participants are responsible for their actions during the trip, including any damages caused to the environment or local communities.

Tour Conduct:

•Respect local customs, traditions, and cultures while participating in our tours.

•Any behavior that disrupts the enjoyment of others or the smooth operation of the tour may result in termination of the tour without refunds.
